Leadership Advisory Services

Strong leadership shows up on the floor. Standards hold when you’re not there. Managers make clear calls. Teams move with pace instead of panic. Inspections become routine. That’s what we build with you.

Does this feel familiar?

You have SOPs. You do inspections. You’re trying to run a tight operation. But day to day, it still feels unstable:

  • One outlet performs, another slips.

  • Standards drop when it gets busy.

  • The same issues keep coming back.

  • Managers schedule, they don’t coach or correct.

  • Growth is outpacing your leaders.

What working with us feels like

We help leadership and operations work as complementary forces:

  • Standards hold across shifts and sites.

  • Managers lead the floor with confidence.

  • Problems get fixed once, not every week.

  • Inspection readiness becomes routine.

  • Less firefighting, more control.

Frequently Asked
Questions

What is leadership advisory for F&B?
Leadership advisory is practical, on-site support that improves how your leaders run the shift. It focuses on standards, coaching, corrective conversations, and follow-through. Unlike training, it builds routines and accountability, so performance holds even when senior leadership is not present.

Why do standards drop during busy periods even with SOPs?
SOPs don’t run the floor, leaders do. When it gets busy, teams follow the strongest cues in the moment. If supervisors don’t correct, reinforce, and reset quickly, standards slide. We build simple leadership routines that keep execution stable under pressure.

How do you improve multi-site consistency across outlets?
We align leadership behaviour across sites: the same expectations, shift routines, coaching language, and checks. When each outlet runs the same leadership rhythm, results stop depending on who is on duty. That’s when consistency becomes normal not just a lucky day.

We have a strong GM, but our managers are struggling. Can you help?
Yes. This is common in growing groups. We develop managers and supervisors to coach, correct, run strong handovers, and hold standards without escalation. A strong GM can’t be everywhere, so the middle layer must lead confidently across every shift.

How does leadership improve inspection readiness and results?
Inspections go well when food safety and quality standards are daily habits, not a pre-inspection scramble. Leadership drives those habits through clear expectations, quick correction, and steady follow-through. We help leaders run readiness as routine work, so outcomes become manageable.

What Our Clients Have to Say

Chen Wei, Finance Manager

I’m a numbers-first person. What sold me was the impact on execution. Better handovers, fewer repeated mistakes, and fewer surprises during peak periods. I highly recommend this programme!

Natalia Petrova, General Manager

I’ve sat through plenty of ‘leadership’ sessions. This wasn’t that. It was sharp, easy to implement, and occasionally uncomfortable in the right way. My team definitely noticed the difference and we are all better communicators now.

James Whitfield, Operations Director

There’s a difference between being respected and being followed. I had respect. I didn’t have follow-through. The cohort gave me a way to set expectations that actually stick, across multiple sites. I'm no longer battling it out with Facilities and Engineering!

Rohan Mehta, Investor

What surprised me was how practical this was. We didn’t just talk about culture, we connected leadership habits to food cost control, guest recovery, and the daily rhythm of service.

Omar Al Haddad, Operations Manager

The 1:1 coaching forced me to address the conversations I kept postponing. Staff issues that dragged on for months got resolved in days, and the restaurant felt calmer without lowering standards. I'm actually enjoying coming in to work now.

Aisha Al Mansoori, Multi-Unit Operations Lead

I walked in thinking I needed better checklists. I walked out with better decisions. The cohort helped me stop reacting and start leading with intent, especially in the moments that used to spike my stress.
